Overview of Training

Project Management is both an art and a science. The objective is to enable the team to hone their skills in the “art” of Project Management rather than the “science”. In other words the softer skills needed to put a methodology into practise.

Our motto is: “we’re not here to teach, we’re here to help you to learn”.

What is needed is a passing on of experience in the “softer” skills of managing projects and how to deal with real-life situations. IMB Consulting is not a training company but consists of experienced Project and Programme Managers with 20+ years of experience, it is this experience that uniquely positions us to deliver training in these softer skills.
