Iain has over 22 years experience in Finance IT and a proven track-record of successful delivery of multi-million pound global projects. Iain is the owner of IMB Consulting and one of the Principal Consultants.

Adam has over 20 years experience in Finance, I.T. and related sectors and has worked in a variety of business arenas for Tier 1 banks. His total quality approach to providing solutions has resulted in successful implementations for many clients.

Abdour is an accomplished business analyst with 14 years experience in investment banking operations, systems change (global systems implementations and upgrading) and business change (process re-engineering and design). Solid knowledge of fixed income end to end processing including trade capture, confirmations, settlements and SWIFT messaging, payments and reconciliations processing. 

Simon is a technical analyst, designer and developer with solid team leading and project management experience. He has an excellent grounding in object oriented methodologies and development tools - with over 15 years of C++ experience. Although from a technical background, Simon is business focused and has worked in the capacity of a business analyst, delivering requirements and functional designs.

Alex provides administrative support to our Principal Consultants when undertaking Project HealthChecks and assists in report preparation. This approach ensures that our consultants are freed up to focus on value-add analytical activities.
